Due to the sudden cessation of operations by the hotel operator, KEF Tourism Group DOO, owned by Kaan Sahin, Hotel Hermes is currently not receiving guests and is not operational.

For all information regarding your reservations, as well as refund requests, please contact KEF Tourism Group DOO directly, or alternatively Booking.com or the travel agency through which the reservation was made.

Please contact Booking.com so that they can provide you with adequate accommodation or a refund, as they are responsible, as the platform through which the reservation was made, for ensuring this assistance.

We apologize for the current situation (which was not caused by the fault of the hotel owner as the property owner) and for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
